I'm not mad at you. When did I sign on and sign right off without IMing you? I could have just turned on my computer, which automatically starts my AIM, and not canceled it before it signed me on. I just haven't been on much lately. Plus, I don't know. I didn't mean to be short with you though...just when you tell me that my LJ entries don't live up to your standards, I'm not really sure how to respond to that? I know you are kidding, but it still leaves me at a loss for words. Heh. The fact that you know I use invisible mode should tell you that I want to talk to you, but I always IM you if I'm on invisible, and you sign on after me. Don't be silly.

Good luck with writing.

I get irritated with Firefox auto-spellcheck sometimes, too.

Good luck with writing. It's tough! One thing I am going to try with my own writing is to lower my expectations for myself, at least in terms of length. Meaning that instead of churning out a novel with a snap of my fingers, I'm going to start off with short stories, and then once I get something good on paper, work on developing it into something bigger and more complex.

hmm, never heard of Henry Poole is Here. What's it about?
Catchphrase Music Edition?? Sounds fun, I must have it! That is unless it's testing knowledge on newer music.
Good luck w/ your writing! Just keep your head down and power through it. ;)

Henry Poole Is Here is about a guy who finds out he has a rare disease and just a little bit left to live, so he moves to Southern California and tries to spend his days alone, drinking. Then his neighbor realizes she can see the face of Jesus in his stucco, and people come from all around to worship at his wall, much to his chagrin.

From there, it goes into the people he meets, and why he moved to this particular place and his history and stuff. It was really enjoyable.
