Chase groaned, picking himself up from the dirt and crushed grass he'd landed on.
"Beats traveling by Cloak, I guess," he groused, peeved that the trip had been unsettling but pleased by the distinct lack of space sharks.
"Wha..." He frowned as he looked up and started to stand, brushing himself off a little and reaching into his messenger bag to start pulling the 'gons on.
"In the middle of a mysterious and spooky forest," Tony said, "clearly."
Which wasn't entirely what Chase had been asking, and didn't resemble a helpful answer, but it was about all he had. The atmosphere was survivable, and that was amount the only stable reading Jarvis was feeding him so far.
"Now, if you were Peter Parker, inexplicably become reckless -- that might be my influence, honestly -- which way would you go?"
"I dunno, the nerdiest one available?" Chase said, peering around the woods, the sky, the general sense of foreboding doomy grayness with suspicion. The fistigons hummed as they powered on and he moved his fingers inside of them experimentally.
"Can't you like scan the ground for his heat signature or spider residue or something?"

Tony considered. "Any strange- they're all strange. Any normal readings?"

He gestured. "We're trying this way. Stay frosty."
