I finished reading this last week but I'm only commenting now. It's brilliant! I can't possibly expressed how happy this made me. Imagine Jin's glee every time he answers something right, well, it's like that for me every time I see a little piece of technology to remind me of this fic. :DDDDDDDDDD

I especially love the fact that not only did they first get attracted to each other on the net, it started for Kame when Jin was still a carshrimp and Kame was still a, well, Kame ♥♥♥ Also, I really like the side characters, especially Ueda with his weird powerful little world and Nakamaru and how he spends hours in the bathroom XDDDD I really, really wish to see how Jin and Kame are going to interact with each other offline. Will they be suddenly shy and all awkward or what? XDD Oh, sigh~

It seemed like a good opportunity to get in some chibi!Akame references. (Heck, Kame could've been a turtle with crazy eyebrows, who knows?) And Jin was just asking for it with the carshrimp. Who wouldn't have fallen for a shrimp with a flashy car? ;-)

Ueda with his weird powerful little world

There's just something wrong with the world if Ueda has no power in it, no? Face it, he's pretty much writing his own fanfic, what with 'Dictator' and all. I love any and all opportunities to give him this kind of role! And Nakamaru...well, once he gets started with the soap, you know?

Will they be suddenly shy and all awkward or what?Offhand, I'd say they probably don't go with Yamapi, who goes off to drink with Shirota by himself. Kame probably hasn't had a chance to eat and Jin wants dessert, so they stay in the restaurant, order more food and drinks, and start talking. There will be a lot of

Oh My God. Matchy spazzed over this to me ages ago, and I went O_o cyperpunk au? O_o because I wasn't entirely sure what cyberpunk AU meant, and assumed it was, idk, somehow related to the cyberpunk style of clothing/partying XD then I read it and My God, I was gobsmacked XD

This is so amazing, I can't even tell you how much love I have for it. There are SO many things I want to say, to comment on, but I don't know where to start. I love all of your characters, they're just PERFECT. I might have flailed a little when Ueda and Koki appeared, I LOVE HOW YOU WRITE THEM

Bless Matchy, she does a much better job of selling me than I ever could. I don't have a hell of a lot of experience with cyberpunk myself - my knowledge goes no further than a couple of books and movies - but it seemed like a fun genre to try! ^_^

I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Fandom in-jokes are my bread and butter, and a good source of humour besides, so I like that I was able to make you laugh. Jin was just asking for it with the car shrimp, no?

It did, but I had the advantage of being able to read it while I was on the bus... or laying in bed... or making tea... when I got started I was practically UNABLE to stop reading XD And when I got to the end, I kid you not, I shrieked 'Nooooo~' out loud (there was someone with me, I didn't just cry out to an empty room XD although I have a feeling I might have done anyway..)

Really? You hid it pretty damn well XD From your writing, and the depth you went into, well, I was amazed at how detailed it was! Especially all the computer-jargon which, I will admit, kind of went over my head in places XD It was interesting to read, though, because for me at least, it made it more than just fanfic.

Jin asks for it with a lot of things XD He can't help it, poor love.

You don't know how happy this story has made me. This is so incredibly imaginative and well done, and I love how Jin and Kame's relationship was portrayed. Absolutely wonderful work, even if I'm all curious about Higashiyama and Tackey and how the rest of it is going to unfold. Will there be a sequel, by any chance? Or at least an outtake or something to let us know how things turn out?

I love Ueda in this. He had me giggling and I just love the supporting cast of characters. And Kame's emoji filled texts. XD

Thank you for the lovely comments! I have no plans for a sequel, though there is a drabble outtake in one of my drabble request posts. On the other hand, I try never to say never, because I've said that about other fics and wound up writing sequels.

Somehow Ueda gets all the best lines. I suspect this is because he can get away with sayiing the most outrageous things and it seems perfectly normal for him! Kame's texts would've been more impressive if I could've done the emoji, but that wouldn't have worked too well in Notepad...
