well, mr canada, i know you don't have target so i won't go there, sad state for you :(

but i assume you have either best buy or the devil wal-mart - they both have pre-pays you can buy in the store and just add minutes to and all that jazz, my sis uses these :)

I just use the telus pay and talk phone. You have to buy the phone, about a hundred bucks or so, and then add minutes. They have pay by day plans now too, which are great. I went on vacation and only paid for the services I wanted for the days I was away (free incoming calls, free nights and weekends, free texting).
