... No one I could find, at least. Apparently, someone is in shock and the blast made their... ah, sensitive hearing cause it, or something. I'm not a docktor.

[ He pronounces the word 'doctor' with a very, VERY German accent. There's a sigh. ] I'm doing the best I can right now with just simple tools; it's hard to conduct a proper investigation. Do let me know if you have any ideas as to why exactly someone would want to blow up what could be our only source of, I don't know, breathable air?

[have a hmmm before he speaks] There are so many avenues to start down. Presuming it is one of the foreigners was it caused by some sort of device or some innate ability? And if it was a device how did the perpetrator create it with the resources we now have?

I'm in the process of seeing what sort of things the locals use to see if we even have the ingredients available.

I doubt any 'ability' was part of it... that's just nonsense; highly illogical. Humans do not possess the ability to do such a thing.
