1. Normal eyes: Black. You will rarely get to see these eyes, unless Itachi trusts you. Which he doesn’t, because he doesn’t trust anyone. So, tough luck.
2. Regular Sharingan: Deep crimson, with three extra pupils which spins around the middle one. The fully developed Sharingan looks like this:
3. Mangekyou Sharingan: Will only be activated during battle, and even then you’ll only see it rarely, as it puts Itachi’s eyes under a lot of stress and decreases his eyesight further, as well as puts his life at risk. The Mangekyou looks like this:
4. That New Weird Susano-Sharingan: Makes Itachi’s irises go white - or at least I think they’re white - with a normal black pupil in the middle. This eye is one that you’ll most likely never see in Gakuen. Just thought that I’d throw it in there jut in case.

Medical info: Itachi is... a wreck. He’s been dying for a long time, and he’s been fully aware of it the whole time. The only reason why he stayed alive long enough to face Sasuke in the two brothers’ final battle was because he was heavily medicated. He’s also almost entirely blind, and fully blind when he deactivated his Sharingan.
Physical Traits: Itachi is physically very well-fit. He’s trained his entire life, and he’s damn strong, and waaay faster than you. I’d say that if you can look past the... weirdness of Kishi-sensei’s drawing style, he’s rather attractive. We’ve already seen he has long, nice eyelashes, and long shiny hair (how he manages that when we’ve stated that he only washes it with regular soap, I have no idea). He normally dresses in his Akatsuki cloak, and he wears black nail polish and his scratched Konoha hitai-ate. He no longer wears his necklace, as he gave that to Mikoto as a departing gift before he left Gakuen the first time.
What's Okay to Mention: His blindness, him being an asshole for killing his family, him being an asshole for other reasons.
(What's Not Okay to Mention:) ...Itachi might have a few issues with people mentioning why he killed his family, or the fact that he was unable to kill Sasuke along with the rest of them. He dislikes having people know things about him that he’s never mentioned himself, and since he most likely won’t mention either of these things, he’ll probably see anyone that hints that they might know about his carefully planned lies as a threat. His mission to wipe out the Uchiha, as well as his job as a double-agent for Konoha within the Akatsuki are things that he would never utter, to anyone, because as contrary to popular beliefs, Itachi is a damn fine ninja, and he would never betray his Village’s secrets.
...but mostly he doesn’t want Sasuke to know exactly how much he sacrificed for him.
Notes For the Psychics: You won’t get through his mental defences. Ever. No, I insist. The guy has spent the better part of his life carefully hiding all of his darkest secrets deep down in his mind, and I do believe that his mental shields are damn strong. Of course Schuldig would be able to break through them easily if he wanted, but I’d like to think that Itachi would notice such an attempt and put up one hell of a fight. The more basic stuff, like every-day thoughts and calculations, he might let you take part of, but if you try to read his mind deeper and figure out his entire personality, he won’t like it at all.
Hugging/Kissing/Nicknaming:
1. Hugging: you might end up with a kunai in your throat if you’re skilled enough to sneak up on him. But as that isn’t very likely; go ahead! He won’t react, and I don’t mind in the least.
2. Kissing: Same as with hugging~
3. Nicknaming: Hells to the yes XD
Maiming/Killing/Death: Please contact me beforehand for plotting. I doubt that there are many characters here that would be able to kill him at all, and even if there are, I’d like to be able to work out the details beforehand.
