First of all I must say: O-M-G!! I LOVED IT!!
I hadn't said that about a House episode in ages :D, or maybe since the kiss, IDK, but every single episode since the kiss has left me like this o_O in a non very happy mood, but this one was just perfect IMO!!

Nah, he wasn't. When the boy came to apologize, if Taub and Kutner STILL thought the priest was a pedo, they would have gotten the boy away from him,

Haha that was cool of her to say that to Cuddy. Although I'm more of a House/Cam shipper, I think it's cute that Cam cares about Cuddy and her relationship with House. it's very big of her. She's one of my favorite, too (:
