[The TARDIS rematerialises, like it usually does, just outside the hospital. There's gold dust on the ground all around it, blown up into the air as the TARDIS comes back into full view.

Once it's done landing, the Doctor steps out, a little grin on his face.]

Well, then. Here we are.

[walks out of the hospital, stopping to watch as the gold dust floats back down to the ground. he may or may not be covered in bandages]
