Although logically he knows that if he's here, she probably should be too, he can't help but feel a strange sense about her; as if she's off, or not the same as before. Unfortunately, your speaking to us over the phone isn't really viable proof of your identity. And it's possible that you simply think you're real; drones also believe in a certain reality that isn't true.
