Here's something I really don't understand about the City: one elected official, and that's supposed to stand in for our government. It's not even a position of power - we're not voting for the chief of police or anything, guys, we're voting for the guy who runs the prison. I think people should be allowed to make some choices, since they are denied so many in this city.

Oh, I agree, but it's important not to fool ourselves about what exactly we're voting for, nor to give the Warden too much power.

I'm not voting either mainly because any of them would do a good job. I think the deities are just trying to maintain the look of a democracy.
