LOL that is amazing! (although i do have to say, people who used wasted for ~tipz~ infuriate me.) this is completely random but do you read or watch the onion?
ohh gotcha. yeah, people like that are annoying. the cassierexics bug me too >_< and hey thanks! well, it's svetlana zakharova so i would think it's at the bolshoi but you're right, it does kind of look like the english national studios. idk :P
Reading it for tips blows my mind for the following reasons:
"We took the Saturday bus into town, to Meijer's, one of those superstores, and bought bags of food in bulk: banana chips, sugar-free candies, raisins (anything with a laxative effect). We loaded up on diets sodas and ramen and popcorn and stood in the diet aids aisle, surveying the goods." (105)
Dried fruits are notoriously Calorie-dense. AND RAMEN, FFS.
"You eat bowls of sugar-coated cereal (no fat). You put honey and raisins on your rice." (105)
Sugar + cereal ≠ diet food, WTF. And is accessorizing rice really abnormal? IDK, that passage has never made sense to me.

I'm probably harping on her idiosyncrasies. :/Dried fruits are notoriously Calorie-dense. AND RAMEN, FFS.
