i think the point is not about anti-homosexuals. the point is that a lot of glbtqqaixlmnopwxyz people are obnoxious and intolerant, too. the terminology obviously isn't the same we'd use for ourselves, but it's still a good point. and also, the flipside...that homophobes are people too...is a good point as well. just because someone is homophobic doesn't mean they're a horrible person and there's nothing good about them at all.
