It has come to my attention that I just might need to get the ass kicking stilettos out of temporary retirement. Why you might ask? Well, it has come to my attention that I need to kick some ass. More specifially the ass of a blonde male that I haven't even officially met. No one makes Rikku cry without dealing with me. End of story ( Read more... )

._.; It's not his fault... Don't hurt him! But thank you for the offer. Really. ♥ ♥

You're actually apartment hunting?! Not going to go out and just dig a den? :3 *hides* I'm kidding! I love you! Really, I do! What are you looking for? Two rooms? Three? I'm here all the time, bored out of my mind! I'll look through papers and stuff and find things for you!

I'm in the mood to kick something. And blondie is the one within my sights. Don't worry, I won't hurt him...badly.

You're just lucky you're still working the tear-stained face from earlier. Otherwise you know you'd be in trouble for that last comment. Yes I'm looking for an apartment...two bedroom if I can get it. A dorm room isn't going to be big enough in a few months and I'd like to have time to get settled.

Don't kick Cloud! I mean, he could take it easily, but I don't like to see him hurt! Sure, he stole my heart, but it's not his fault I'm all gooey...

NOT TEAR STAINED ANYMORE! I washed my face! With soap! And water! So two bedrooms? First floor or second? View or not? Space for a balcony garden?

Did I say anything about kicking? I need to have a talk with him... and if it involves kicking ass occasionally, so be it! :)

GOOD. BETTER STAY THAT WAY TOO! No preference on what floor its on, but I do like the idea of a balcony...

Apartments, huh?

There's a place not too far from campus. It's pretty good. The entire third floor is empty, so you'd have no neighbors. But bad things happened up there, so I don't know if you'd be comfortable with that. The rest of the apartment is still pretty cool and nifty, though! Highly recommended it!

Bad things...? What sort of bad things...?

I don't need a very big place, but I would like something with two bedrooms and enough space so that I don't feel cramped. I'd love something near the woods, but there doesn't seem to be much around there.

... I'd rather avoid the subject, if that's okay.

They're pretty roomy. Big enough to hold me, a cat, a 55 gallon aquarium, and a bear in a man suit. So, yeah. Try there!

That's fine...

Sounds pretty roomy! I'll just have to look around and see what speaks to me when I start looking seriously. Have to have my options!

Well. I can't believe it. I provide you with the necessary DNA to create life and I get offered up for reward money? You should know that we have savings from our days of yore. And I'm trusting that you're going to be taking me with you on this apartment hunt? You know how good I am with people, other humes in particular :P

And I'm sure I can fashion an explosive of some amends for the underside of the desk of Rikku's blonde terrorist friend. Not like I haven't done it before. Just blow up his desk and take his computer with it. Is he even here for the education?

I'm not sure why he's here exactly. All I know is that he hasn't been around lately and that makes Rikku cry and that doesn't fly well with me. Therefore, his ass will be mine and not in a way he'll enjoy.

And as for you and that reward money~ Why shouldn't I turn you in and find a very nice place for myself and your spawn, hmm? You want to come apartment hunting with me? You planning on moving in or something...~?

He's just not been around? Well, that's hardly call to waste explosives. I'd heard he was/is a military man, so his purpose here seems skewed to me. He's probably off gallivanting with his military buddies or something like that. Either that or he's gone missing somewhere. Neither circumstance seem worth getting your heels bloody, so put the shoes away.

Well, I guess I don't see a reason why you wouldn't trade me in for the money. I just wanted to come along and make sure that you don't get ripped off, and you can get somewhere nice.

Leave it to you and Rikku to ruin my fun. I still need to have a little chat with him whenever he decides to come back.

Balthier dear, you are horrible at reading subtext~

Oh dear. The sod must deserve it if you're breaking out those. Give him a good kick from me, won't you?

I know of some apartments by the north side of campus, but they're student apartments, so they're small, cheap, and noisy. Probably not the best thing for family life, since we've been called in to fix quite a few problems that pop up every year.
There's also a few small houses on Roundabout Drive that are open. Two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a giant tree, a good neighbourhood, and a creek in the backyard, for some of them. When the last owners vacated, we had to paint the interiors and do some cabinet work, and I must say they're not bad little houses.

Just have to get him back on campus first, and then I have a feeling that Rikku will beat me to him and put an end to any kicking I was planning. Ah well, the plotting is half the fun.

A house? Hmm, I never thought about that. Those houses do sound quite nice, particularly the tree and the creek. I do believe I'll have to look into that. Thank you, Luxord.

A shame, that. To let good plotting go to waste. Still, kick him underneath the table or something. Just once.

You're welcome, Ms Fran. It's a good area to raise children, if I'm any evidence of that. Balthier to a lesser extent, he was mostly grown by the time we took him under our wing.
