Every line and motion of this Jack is simply right on the mark.
Of course he told Daniel not to worry her.
Of course he's groggy and confused, but safeguarding her career right away.
Of course he gets increasingly less cooperative and more outspoken as he gets better.
Of course he asks Sam if she's mad.
Of course he's wicked about referring to their shared bath.
And of course he thinks it won't help.
I really enjoyed this piece and loved the way that all the characters and their reactions are clear and in character, from Daniel managing to panic Sam, to Carolyn being tough, but no Fraiser in terms of taming Jack O'Neill, to Landry grumping about the break in protocol.
I absolutely adored this! So sweet and funny. I had to literally stifle my lols because I read this on my break in the call room at work where another midwife is sleeping! :) fabulous.
