Yeah, of all of them, I imagine Teal'c would initially have the most trouble with what happened to Jack, because he would know that his warrior brother would prefer to die well, as he would himself, and disability is not the Jaffa way. But after he came to terms with that, I can also see him being Jack's most staunch supporter in his quiet, immovable Teal'c way. He is quite the gentle giant, isn't he? I love it when we get a glimpse of Teal'c the family man (and SG-1 is family for him) like this.

Yes, and I had such a rough time with this too! It was very hard to write Teal'c, who never speaks when it's unnecessary, and isn't very expressive, along with a disabled Jack who doesn't speak, and is unable to really express himself. I needed to add Janet for balance.
