A rather over-excited Lilly had woken her parents at an ungodly hour to find out if the Easter Bunny had come to visit.

Veronica was relaxing on the front porch, waiting for Lilly to get home from school so she could go on her shopping date with Aunt Meg. Lilly had tried to wheedle the entire day off, but Veronica told her no shopping unless she went to school.
