Damn, this is... Damn. This is really good! I love your Moriarty and Sherlock, especially Moriarty's bloody-hell levels of creepiness and Sherlock's little mocking bit near the end. You've got a nice turn of phrase as well, with your descriptions of the needle going in (for some reason the line about the blood warming it sounded particularly wow). I also love the concept, because it just fits so perfectly - can't wait to see more!

I will be the first to say the premise is not mine. Someone asked for this on the kink meme and I fell in love with it. Turning out a bit longer than I thought. Finishing up part three currently.
