If you could choose to be born again as a citizen of any country in the world, which country would you choose, and why?

Canada! It's only the best country in the world. Home to amazing musicians like Arcade Fire, Bachman-Turner Overdrive and Leonard Cohen, just to name a few.  I'd love to be there, drinking up all the creative energy
