There's been a lot on her mind ever since it all happened, and there are definitely some things that need addressing. After a walk around the village, and a trip to the item shop to find some new glasses -- the left lens on hers was badly cracked in the ( Read more... )

I'd be happy to provide the information you need. I helped out during the crisis but I would like to volunteer at one of the clinics and didn't know who to speak with.

Honestly, the person who ran the plaza clinic was just recently sent home. I suppose I'm as good a person as any if you're interested in volunteering, though. If you'd like to volunteer at the Battle Dome clinic, I'd advise reaching out to Doctor McCoy as well.

Thank you so much for responding, by the way. We're always glad to have new volunteers. What's your name?

Oh, I'm sorry for being so rude. My name is Tia. I think I would rather volunteer in the plaza because I do not have a clue how to use the devices in the Battle Dome.

It's a pleasure to meet you, Tia. I'm Litchi.

And I can certainly understand how the machines in the Battle Dome can be a little confusing. They're advanced quite a bit beyond what some of our residents are used to. We may not have the same technology in the plaza, but whatever skills you can lend us will be greatly appreciated.

I'm certainly willing to help as much as I can.

You've been a wonderful help already. I'm glad to know you're here to lend a hand.

Do you have any preference for which clinic to volunteer for?

No, not at all. Whichever has more need.

I suppose I'll have to contact Dr. McCoy and see how the staffing levels are at the Battle Dome clinic, then. I'm sure both clinics have their times when they're short-handed.

Thank you so much for being so flexible, Miss Mizuno.

Some classes would be wonderful, especially for the drafts. We may not have any guarantee on numbers, but we can certainly make sure to supplement quantity with quality.

I don't suppose you'd be willing to help if we did organize some classes? I have some experience with combat-related first aid, but I'm afraid I'm no expert myself.

We certainly saw plenty of combat trauma in my clinic back in the city as well, although respiratory illness was quite a bit more common. I'm glad you're more familiar with it though; it seems like combat injuries are more common than anything around here.

It's a pleasure to meet you more formally, Mr. Law. I'm sorry I never really had a chance to get to know you more before this.

[Not a medical doctor, but a doctor - and a professor - here, also with extremely clear, legible - albeit nearly mechanical - writing.]

I have yet to have much in the way formal medical training, Doctor Faye-Ling, but I would be most willing to be trained if you and Doctor Mizuno - or any others - would be able to assist me. I would also be glad to volunteer the next time - I meant to, before, but things were [- ... this is going to be an understatement ... -] very difficult during the last emergency.

Thank you very much, Professor Hastings. I'd be more than happy to lend a hand and teach you what I know, and I'm sure the others would be glad to help as well. You're more than welcome to come by the clinic any time.

[Oh, Robert. She's sure the Mu incident hit him hard. She's heard plenty about the casualties.]

And I certainly can't blame you for this last emergency. I wasn't able to provide much help either.

Certainly - might there be any specific times at which you would prefer me to arrive by? [Scheduling everything...

... And, Litchi? It hit him harder than would be easy to tell. Considering Giles died right in front of him to protect him...]

I was [...] incapable of assisting, for the most part. [... Mostly due to the fact he was mentally incapacitated.]

Mornings are typically rather quiet, if you'd like to come by around then.

And honestly, I wasn't in the best shape either. I can hardly blame you for anything, it [...] really was terrible.

[To say the least.]

I'm not a doctor, but I do know filial healing magic. I'm willing to jump in for emergencies and perhaps I'll be able to volunteer regularly later.

Every little bit helps, especially during emergencies. The Filial magic really can be a saving grace. Thank you so much for the help.

I'm sorry, but I don't think I know your name yet. I'm Litchi.
