Nope! It's this thing with the speeforce where you can make clothes out of it and they're really good for running and all that but I can't exactly explain it but you can literally make solid cloth and shoes out of it which is good 'cause otherwise we'd run our soles off every ten minutes and that could get really expensive.

When you're going fast, can you go fast without moving at all, sort of speed up your perception of time without having to start running, so people and everything seems to slow to statues?
