After seeing the trailer for Wanted, I can only come to the conclusion that Hollywood executives entirely missed the point of the comic and decided to just make an action movie featuring the same title. It will be terrible.

Well, of course.

Most anything that's not meant for movie that's made into a movie is bad.

There are rare exceptions, but this is a general rule of thumb.

Same goes for movies gone Video Game.

Well, the worst part is if it had been done correctly it could be a pretty great movie.

But taking a superhero comic and going "..Well, let's take all the superheroes out." isn't the best way to make a comic movie.

Aye. That's kinda like taking the 'game' out of video games... making it something like an interactive fishtank.
