Apparently, you have to actually put the spell or bullet pattern you know inside of it. Sort of like a prayer charm or scroll, only it's multiple use.

Depending on the spell, it may require...EXP. Although I suspect that's just me. I am very powerful. <3

So I can put one of my own spells onto a card so I can use it instantly? No having to chant or go into over limit mode? Thats very convenient.

I'm pretty sure my most powerful spells will need EXP as well, such as Indignation.
