Thought it was high time I did this, especially for Sousuke. XD;

Nokoru! He already earned Sousuke's respect by default for being a class chair, as Sousuke sees them as high-ranking Generals within the school setting. Plus the *fanflash*! The class chair in Jindai High School whom Sousuke will take any orders without question from, does the same spectacular fanflash. Nokoru's act to build a camp detective agency secured Sousuke's loyalties and trust, but! Currently Sousuke's a little confused with the whole "women are all ideal and must be protected" deal and is surprised at the discovery that Nokoru might have a weak spot. Okay, Sousuke loves Ari. Uh no, not that way. But he's got the "I'll protect this tiny little thing or die trying!" mentality going with Ari, and will probably beat himself up about it if he fails. Hard to explain why he developed such strong feelings, but somehow Ari gives off this 'protect me' aura that Sousuke could never resist. That and Ari's within the little tight circle of allies who's genuinely happy to see Sousuke, and that's important to a soldier who basically spent his entire life on the battlefield. Some bits of Ari continue to bewilder Sousuke- getting upset when he engages his weapons, giving him those stunned looks when all he did (in his thick mind) was tell the truth -but he takes it as a part of being the tiny little thing that needs protecting, so it's all good. Will he ever stop to listen to Ari on that? Probably not. And no, he's probably never going to drop the '-fiance' attachment either. *grin*
Oh boy that was long.

Because Hiruma has never bothered Sakuraba in canon, he probably never got to know the boy all that much. Now that he's harrassing Sakuraba almost 24-7, he's starting to enjoy it... maybe a liiiittle too much. Sakuraba's one of those who gives him interesting reactions, yet at the same time, has the guts to disagree with him on certain levels. Hiruma only ever gets one or the other most of the time, so to know someone who does both, well, it's amusing. And because of that, Sakuraba's not just a wishy-washy pretty boy to him anymore. As a football player though, he still is. *ducks*

Sousuke enjoys Ying's company. Here's a superior who lets him do whatever he wants and feeds him good meat. The good meat bit really cinched it. ♥ But, unlike Lupin whom he's slowly beginning to view as more of a comrade than "zomg officer SALUTE OR DIE" (note: slowly), Ying's rank will probably prevent Sousuke from doing or saying anything more than he thinks is appropriate to. He's already more relaxed with her than he would be in the presence of an officer, but yes... soldier instinct never dies.
