Just need to put on record that I did not forget Elijah's birthday yesterday. I posted birthday wishes on Twitter and then came here as, although I know he won't see it, I always like to acknowledge his birthday here - my first online home! Yes, almost middle aged. But I know I'll always think of him as young - probably because I'm so ancient myself!!

It's difficult, these days, to think of anyone as being older....my son, my daughter, Lij...they all seem fixed in time like a lovely tear-drop caught in amber.....

So glad to hear that you are much better. It hurt, knowing that there was no way to help you.

Ah, all is crazy with me....but that is not anything which is a bit new!

Hi Prim. Yes Twitter is the obvious place to post as that is where he 'Hangs out'. But old habits die hard!! Of course you haven't aged - and neither have I. 😆

Time has gone by. Marking Lij's birthday is a pleasant way to track it, but it still doesn't seem as though it's been so long. Twenty years since he started his adventure!

Lovely to see you! I think about you from time to time, and wonder how you and your lovely husband are doing.

I don't Twitter. I sank into Facebook several years ago, and I hate to think how much time it sucks from me. Otoh, it's very useful.
