032 - Murder Mystery

May 28, 2008 21:44

I kind of miss having Linnaeus around, even if he is supposed to be my soul, and thus hasn't actually gone anywhere. It's comforting, always having someone around who knows you. I guess that's the appeal of marriage.

It's hard to tell if this spate of hacked accounts is a curse or just a coincidence.

post-curse, daemon, hacked!, serial killers are not funtiems, police filter, profiling, murder mystery, happily unmarried, psychology, non-cursed, jigsaw killings

Tony and I didn't find much at the first site. I know you were already there, but I was mostly going to see if I could smell something odd.

Nothing new, other than I think I know the victim was carried in from the south side. No blood, but I smelled something there.

It's always good to have more than one set of eyes, even I'm not infallible. Carried or dragged?

Not eyes. Nose. Scent trails can tell a lot of things, if you can get to them before they fade.

.. carried. It would've still been stronger if the victim was dragged.

Right. That tells us something, then: they're strong enough to carry the woman.

I spoke to Ms Saverem already; she says she can't remember anything at the moment, but the person staying with her, a Dr. Conrad, I believe, has promised to send along anything she mentions.

Thanks for letting me know, I'll take that off the to-do list.

Anita's findings sound all to similar to my own October ones.

The creator(s) obviously have been studying the City's diverse population. Is it possible an empath/psychic would come up 'empty' as well in reading the area?

Bluesummers.

We know him.

He also knows the weaknesses of those surrounding the Punisher - the one you call Wolfwood. If he is in contact with your killer, than he will ensure the future becoming rough for the Punisher.

Great. Can you keep an eye on him? We might be able to find more out about the killer through him.

He would know we are there. He always does.

I made a couple of crime scene sketches from the first site, though, as Anita said, we didn't find much.

Maybe we'll find more of a pattern if we compare the scenes. It might help.

We can only hope. Someone who is so methodical must have a pattern.
