I'm sure he'd know if they came to the SGC; they 'd know he's watching and tell him. Especially since Sam had some cleanup to do before she called him.
Yeah. The first time around, I thought I saw the gate in the background where Jack was. But I really don't think it was there, after the second watch. My memory's always been crap anyways. lol.
By saying "here" I think Jack meant Earth. Not necessarily the the Pentagon. But that was just my reading of it.
And I think, all in all, I quite like the show so far. It does feel a lot like BSG, which kinda put a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't really watch BSG and didn't necessarily dislike it, I was just peeved that the SG producers would so obviously go in that route. It kinda felt like a rip-off, especially considering how the other two series were.
That being said, I think the characters are being formed nicely and I'm interested in seeing more of them.
