lol. I want it for the cool apps, and 'cuz I'm sick of iPods having tons of 'iPod only' compatible shit, like the 'iHome' stuff and good car adapters and stuff. But I still think they're evil. They're striving to be a MONOPOLY! I just want one. XP

Hey I want one too, and I pride myself on being who I am and not a tool. As far as I am concerned if you want it for a reason other than being a status symbol then your not a tool! It is a very nifty device!

The cheapest I've found the 8GB one is $259, and $275 for the 16GB. *whines*

wait until the 17th that's when the new ones are coming out. Yesterday it was announced that the 8gb will be down to $199. At least it's a bit of a drop.
