Holy shet she terrifies Jack! Not in a way that makes him go running and screaming from the room, but he honestly believes that she is out to get him and he finds that creepy. Even with Reg's reassurance that she is just a harmless cat, Jack is so sure that she has a kitty vendetta and almost wants to catch her in the act of tearing something of his just for proof.

Ahhh so much love! I know we made the journals only a few days apart from each other and therefore just had them start up a plot and whatnot for mere convenience. I would have never expected them to click as well as they have ( ... )

WHY YOU GIVE ME THE COMPLICATED ONES?!

Ahem.

Ben, like most people he knows, Richard keeps at arm's length. However, he is one of the few, especially leader types, that he's developed a kind of creepy-island-bond bond with. Richard answers to a higher power and while he's not sure what that power wants anymore, he still holds a lot of respect for Ben. He likes how the man is intellectually challenging to put it nicely, because Richard's seen many people who are supposed to be smart quickly destroyed by the Island or themselves. Even though he has a bit of an upper hand, he also understands that Ben is very dangerous and not to be underestimated.

However, he also finds him creepy. Ben's actions towards Juliet and bunnies send up huge red flags. He also wants to be invited over for a lovely ham dinner.

Harry O. And if you want Harry James and James!

Harry O not_a_savage August 2 2009, 06:45:45 UTC
Jack wants the absolute best for Harry and can and will do anything in his power to make it happen. He considers himself a mentor figure to Harry, whether Harry likes it or not. He also notices a pattern in things that he's done that Harry seems to be falling into - med school, getting married, daddy issues, substance abuse (which he notices signs of but isn't entirely sure and doesn't know how to approach the subject). He wants Harry to not make the same mistakes he did, and probably abuses the status he knows he has a little bit to push Harry in the direction that he thinks is right. He has a lot of respect for Harry, especially in that how he wants to be a good man to his family. He finds Harry mature, but also easy to talk to and fun to be around. Not everyone can handle Vegas. ;)

Harry James favored_prongs August 2 2009, 06:57:56 UTC
James... doesn't get Harry. He likes talking to him but doesn't understand the flailing or the sometimes quiet moods that he gets. Of course we know why and it's perfectly understandable but James is like "oh lighten up and just have fun!" He hasn't made the connection at all, and if Harry told him James probably wouldn't believe him, but think that Harry pulled a good one and try to introduce him to the other Marauders, which would of course be a whole new Pandora's box o'crazy.

I still say that canonwise Jack loves Juliet. END OF STORY THANKS FOR PLAYING.

But I kind of think the icon used says a lot about their relationship. He likes that they both think a lot alike, and face the same direction in life so to speak. Life doesn't have to be crazy all the time for it to have meaning, and he knows that Juliet understands that. He enjoys spending the simple, quiet times with her, where neither has to say anything to feel the comfort of each other's company. He also knows full well that she can take care of herself, but that doesn't stop him from worrying during the times when he doesn't know what's going on. While it would be nice for his hero complex to be her savior, what he wants even more is to be her equal.

I miss playing them!!! Metawise Isaac likes playing with someone else from his canon who he's interacted with before (bonus points for being a season one casualty).

He loves Sarah's vibrancy. Isaac kind of operates on a different plane than most people, and Sarah not only gets that, but runs with it. He does worry about her move from Utah. He moved himself, but he already had a job. He has the nagging hint that there's probably something Sarah's not telling him, but whenever he thinks that way he shrugs it off and his attention span of a goldfish moves to something else. He desperately wants to keep what few friends he has, and he's worried that any kind of questions would drive Sarah away.

Just logging into this journal for the meme makes me smile.

Richard is still trying to understand Elle. Since he literally has all the time in the world, he's used to the pace of everything being calm, methodical, and carefully planned out. Elle takes his expectations and throws them out the window, forcing him to be more spontaneous that he would be otherwise. Instead of being unnerved or put off, he finds her refreshing. He also thinks she's gifted, not only in the sense of her ability that also fascinates him, but she has a certain undertone that he's always seemed drawn to. There's this spark of viewing the world in a light that most people don't, and he isn't interested in most people.

Ahem. James (or anyone?) 'bout Dora.

Hmmm. Did Isaac get to meet Pepper? If so, him about her.

... if there's somebody else over there who has an opinion about somebody over here? (I mean, obv. Murph might have about Connor, so. up to you if you want to pick up another one at all, etc. ;) and your choice which.)

James doesn't much like kids, but he likes Dora! I think part of it is that he wants to corrupt her before Sirius does. In a way they use her as a sort of tug of war to gauge who the cooler one is (Dora likes me better, nyah!) He also forgets about her being related to Sirius most of the time, but conveniently remembers when she asks the hard questions like she has the tendency to do and pass her off to the cuz!

Isaac didn't get to talk to Pepper much, but he did think that they didn't really click too well. He was under the impression that she worked too much and was probably more focused on her career than anything, and he just doesn't understand the world of business suits.

Who did get to talk to her more was Stephen because of Tony and he thinks she's great! Granted, he mostly just liked to mess with her but the fact that she was willing to talk to him while all the silliness with Xaxa was going on said a lot.

Jack haaaates being called Jackie! He tolerates it though because he's a pushover and when he did protest it wasn't much of a fight. He wishes her all the happiness with Ben, but he's a little worried. He knows how happy she is and because he's a bit jaded with the idea of marriage feels like there's something she's not telling him. The name Ben also makes him twitch, so that may be a factor there too. :P Also as someone who does this himself, he wonders if Kala overextends herself when it comes to family. He's seen some of the relationship between Kala and Evie and tries to see where both are coming from, but finds himself siding in a way with Kala.

She will never give up on calling him Jackie, because he is her Jackie.

And his concern for her is sweet. She keeps herself happy and positive a lot, because when she lets herself fall into gloom it hurts her pretty bad. And there aren't many people that can see there are more sides to her than perky!her. Not that it's a front, but...yeah. Jack seems to get her, which she needs in a friend.

And she's sooooo gonna make him dance with her at her wedding.

Haha awww in my head he's making the >_< face.

He'd love to dance with her and apologizes in advance if he accidentally steps on her foot.

As for Jem, he's kind of dead in my head. :/
