I'm sorry bb! I really am. I wish I could write more, but it just all seems so stuck. I still have the first part of the Fabpersie holiday if you still want it? XD
LOL I'm not going anywhere, I'm still here bb! Just away from footie fic writing. D:
Oh you don't have to be sorry bb!! I understand completely!! I'm just sad there won't be anymore amazing fics for a while and that you feel you can't write them atm!! Oh really? Well then yes please XD
Oh good!! Don't want you to go away!! I missed you!! How's your summer going?? XD
Are you doing an extra term? That why your summer holidays have been swallowed up? Yeeesh. Sounds like crap. Well, at least you'll be done in 2 days? :D Eh, I hope so too. I am so sick of being broke. I saw China Glaze's red shatter and I wanted to get it but I had no money and it's depressing D:
Well, I have one that I read, but the female protagonist has a male demon possessing her and she's surrounded by other male demons. LOL. It's really hard to find a well-written female protagonist I guess because we're female? IDK. and it's irritating because majority of the sci-fi/fantasy books, especially the urban fantasy genre which I adore, have female protagonists!
Ikr? I can only imagine the adrenaline rush of being on a board, water rushing under you and heck, even wiping-out sounds pretty damned awesome XD
Huh. Interesting. Well, I hope you'll be done soon. I will never wish the horror of writing papers on anyone.
LOL. Something bad is always going to happen. XD The urban fantasy novels I read and absolutely adore are the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. His 13th book of the series should be out soon and I am dying of impatience because its so good. It's unpredictable and the writing is fantastically snarky and its a male protagonist who is just hilarious.
I also read the Cal Leandros series by Rob Thurman. On its 6th book of the series, it's a little bit more predictable than the Dresden Files, but the writing is good, the pace is exciting and it's also a fun read. It's good on the comic as well.
The more serious urban fantasy is the Nightside series by Simon R. Green. He creates a fantastic world and it's not as amusing or as rip-roaring action as the first two, but it has this like human drama element-ish?
Yeah. These are my top series that I read and re-read!
