He lies in bed, eyes closed.

"Jesus," he says aloud to the ceiling. "I...cannot believe I just did that."

He turns to Mercutio, slightly breathless. "...wow."

Mercutio kisses his nose and laughs. "You learn quickly."

After a moment, he reaches over to stroke Mercutio's arm.

"I'm glad you think so." He props himself up on one elbow to look into Castle's face. "See how easy it is?"

"I didn't think it would be that easy," he says truthfully. "Not...because of you, or anything. I just..." He exhales slowly, trying to find the right words. "I didn't realize how much I wanted it."
