Returned from Tatooine yesterday. As suspected, I had politics and questions thrown at me from all directions. Do you intend to rebuild the Jedi Order? Yes, I do. How do you intend to do this? Well, with many people, you ought to be able to use the Force to sense their potential.

And there are tests to determine it more...accurately.

And a blood test, if you can get a sample, should tell you definitively.

Luke, listen to me, you don't need anyone's help. You can do this all yourself. With the right determination, which I know you have, this is going to be a task you will accomplish in a blink of an eye. I would wish you luck, big brother but I don't think you need it.
