(25) Give me a Career as a Buccaneer...
We're back in town, so if anyone was worried about Yorda, you can quit it, I promised I'd keep her safe. Creepy water things all seem to like her, anyway...
We went about four days out with a good wind and some extra power in our sails. No real way to measure, but way far out past where you could even see the city or the end of the bridge. And there's a big deep place, where the water's dark...probably was full still even before when there was desert...beyond that, there's more land, barely can see, we would have gone and explored that but a shark-thing almost ate both our rafts.
...Crew did really well. Proud to go out there with you guys. I'm never playing 20 questions again, too many rounds. It was a lot of fun even though I got burned a little (does anyone have anything good to put on a sunburn?) and I'm absolutely starving (its a good thing the rations were watertight, with all those gross jelly-things and how many times the pack got eaten.)
Does this mean I'm a full pirate now...Balthier, Fran?
Oh yeah, and we saw a seagull. It was dead, but not dead too long. I'll say more later but Umi wants to hear it all in person and I've gotta take a shower 'cause Yorda's been saying for two days that I stink, and the sun's got me beat. Oh, and could someone explain why is there glittery pink paint stains on the couch downstairs?
