I'd like to state for the record, such as it is, that I disapprove of the way certain therapy sessions are being run. There's something to be said, however, for real therapy, no matter where one finds it. Thanks to those who've helped me find it

Like I said, I'm trying to move from the one towards the other.
Maybe I'll slip in both directions before I find a middle ground. The perfect blend of dark and light can take a while to find.

I meant the group therapy. The individual therapy is just a metaphor on my part. Though a lot more helpful.

I'm glad you're getting what you need for yourself, wherever you've found it. Turning your thoughts toward others is always a good thing.
Your story is beautiful. I think that people sometimes read openness as being poetic because it's so rare - they don't know what to think about it.
