I crawstepped here from your Discworld crossover fill (which I gave you adoration for over in the meme) and wanted to offer my admiration for this piece. I loved Hawke and his love for his mother, and it made the last line that much more touching/troubling.

Very enjoyable, and I really like how you write Leandra. Garret's attempts to try to keep her from the Hanged Man were hilarious.

Also, that last line helps to tie it together in an ominous sort of way.
