The art books were a big hit with everyone who saw them. The toys were a hit with the kids. Can't believe I pulled off a successful Christmas in a week.
The adults had a rule of no presents for each other unless they were handmade or recycled in some way. THAT went well also.
For the first time in my 7 years at this job, our Christmas shutdown is NOT a pay week. I have 11 days off. By the end of those 11 days I would like to:
- replenish my rapidly deteriorating wardrobe
- have a new computer built, up, & running
- have a fresh mix of the album
- laid out tracks for the next album
- have a basic plan of attack for work
That's an ambitious list and I am certain I will not accomplish all that, but it's nice to have a direction.
