Flying over Utah looking at the expansiveness of this land. Snow-topped peaks and valleys circled with dewy clear lakes like so many villagers squeezed shoulder-to-shoulder in the winding line to meet a mystic truth-seer on the horizon. for #2- this is a choice, and it's in each individual's control. I always thought you did a good job of being normal about this kind of thing.
since having lived in Germany I have a much healthier sense of how to eat, what to eat, etc...and I just don't really think much about it these days except to try to be healthier all the time (reasonably so).
