Warning for utterly fucked movie selections. I turned to a lot of my old favourites, or ones I enjoyed watching a lot a while back. If you know them... you win an internet!

#2 has got to be Labyrinth.

Hehehe, you are totally correct!! That movie is a part of my soul ♥

When I was a kid I thought I'd have to memorize the thing that Sarah quotes from just in case Jareth ever showed up and I had to defeat him.

I can't stand Labyrinth, so I'm surprised that I got it. I blame David Bowie and his tight pants.

Hey, he could still show up. Keep them memorized in case he appears to abduct your future children.

Guessing Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas for 6. Mostly because of bats 8D
A lot of these feel really familiar tho, I think I should know where they're from D:

Yep! I was trying to look through all of the fascinating quotes for that movie, and while they were all amusing, none of them sounded familiar. Bat country, on the other hand... :D

I should read that book at some point...

Haha, we quote the "we can't stop here. This is bat country" part with my bf if some place looks like a bad place to stop :,D

I should read the book and rewatch the movie, it's been ages since I saw it D:

Also on movies I haven't seen in ages, I blame not spotting the Pippi quote on never having watched it in English 8D
I'm surprised people outside the Nordic countries have heard of Pippi tho! I loved those stories as a kid, Pippi is so badass >:D

Yeah, I'm not surprised that Pippi wasn't translated properly. (Some of the quotes on imdb didn't match up with my memory of how they were said.)

I think Pippi is one of those characters that transcended borders. The movie was at my library and free for me to borrow when I was very little (Early-to-mid 80s?) Lol, they were even showing it on film reel at my grade school XD Everyone seems to love Pippi.

HOLY. SHIT. YOU. GOT. PIPPI!

I thought I was crazy to put it up, but I used to borrow that tape from my library every week and I had it memorized. It was the most epic adventure my young mind had ever encountered... and you know it too!! I so badly wanted to be like Pippi. She took care of herself, was strong, lived alone, and didn't let anything faze her!!

She killed aliens and doesn't afraid of anything!

"I'm sorry, but I thought your son was a woman." "I can see how you'd think that!"
