Outside the snow is up to his knees and there’s no sign of it letting up any time soon. The windows are frosty and imposing icicles are hanging from the gutters in the freezing twilight, but inside Remus is warmer than should be allowed this time of year.
Sirius’ lips scorch his skin where those soft lips meet his shoulder and those fingers leave blazing trails of heat as the creeper ever downwards. And when Sirius turns him around to kiss him proper, he doesn’t care that they’re snowed in, doesn’t care about anything but this stolen moment of winter passion.
