I doubt it. Loki is key to Avengers history so something like this makes since. Especially with Loki being female these days.

Ragnarok was an Avengers Disassembled tie-in, I believe. That would be interesting if somehow Loki escaped in all the Chaos, kidnapped Wanda, took her place, and has been her ever since. It doesn't seem too likely, though, I'm guessing Loki's schemes didn't stat until after Thor brought hir back. Wanda's being used or manipulated by someone, though, gotta be.

Well, you could be able to retcon it - that chick that was housing Loki could have been the Scarlet Witch, and Loki somehow gained awareness and was able to manipulate her. Though I'm not sure how that would work, exactly, especially given the timeline.
