So...were all the hyped guest characters cannon foddered or what?

That'd be...well, kinda disapointing. But, then again, I use Super Robot Wars as one of my Standards for Crossovers.

Nope but many were brutally smacked down. Witchblade looked kinda dead but Kirkman made it clear in the letters collumn she wasn't.

I won't be at the store for another few days, how do the Dynamo5 hold up?

Sadly they only make a cameo. We don't see them fight any of the alterInvincibles. I was really hopeing to see them kick butt too.

It feels weird. But I kind of miss reading Image stuff.

RIP
Rex

(Hey, the title says spoilers.) For an issue that couldn't give anyone much page space, I felt they gave him a worthy and heroic death. I wonder how Monster Girl got caught in girl form.

I haven't read anything with The Pitt in it since a Hulk crossover years ago, but hell he fish hooked and eye-gouged a Viltrumite to death - pretty badass.

Too bad the Flaxan-Armor Invincible died. That was a good look (and totally sounds like an action figure). Though if Donald and Brit managed to kill him I guess he wasn't that strong. Mustache Mark didn't make it out alive either...

What's up with Prisoner Mark? He's terribly scared, so you think those're black goggles or Jordie LaForge eyes?

Levy's plan kinda sucked, I guess - though it was a fun read no doubt. He promised the Marks and the creepy surgeons things he couldn't come through on.

Thanks for making this thread.

I enjoyed this, and it made me want to get caught up on Invincible proper, but I also don't like the way that they changed the landscape at the end.

Invincible is moving away from the book that I liked when I first started reading it. It's still decent, but it doesn't do what it used to do.
