One of my favorite Internet columns right now is ReTales by Jud Meyer over at Comics101.com. It's also featured as a regular column over at Comic Book Resources. It's a great look at the behind-the-counter operations of a comic book store. I've had four regular comic stores. All of them were very girl friendly; three of them had female staffers. All of them were staffed by friendly people ( ... )

I talked about my first lcs in the 'Watchmen' post. In Fayetteville, the town outside Fort Bragg, there are several comics stores, including two large bookstores, and a used books franchise that sold comics at one time ( ... )
