Sorry to hear about grading purgatory. Hope we'll get you back soon. I'm pecking away at the edge of my third story, and coughing a lot in a miserable way. That's about it. *glomps you in a nice, virtual, non-germy way*

hehe, that comic is great.
Grading stuff is one thing I'm not looking forward to when I finally manage to become a teacher.
Hope you get it done quickly!

Ugh, yes, the grading is a pretty big downside. However, I'm sure you'll be a much smarter teacher than I and actually think about overlap when you're making up due dates for various classes' assignments. I think doing what I did would constitute an act of sabotage.

Hi, you!

*hisses at grading--sorry, graaaaaading (I'm not good at this paper work thing. It's something I know about theoretically, but I took pains to go for a career that didn't feature much of it)--on your behalf*

Booo! Hisss! Grading! /o\

I've had my eye on Breakfast with Scot ever since I read about at TIFF. Thanks for the heads-up on the dvd date. I'll be ordering as soon as it becomes available.

I think you'll like it a lot, Scrig! It was really entertaining (unlike certain other TIFF offerings) and very, very funny (unlike certain other, "Oh god this is so depressing!" TIFF films that were otherwise excellent).
