Hey everybody! It's slidellra's birthday!

I met everyone's favorite transplanted Texan slidellra last March at MJ. She was very cool and gorgeous and friendly and highly protective of certain underage Snowmobile girls. I kinda wanted to smish her all the time. After MJ she won my eternal love and devotion for writing wonderfully

You ALMOST made me cry with the sweet meme love, but I have strength of character and just beamed mistily and bounced around saying "It's my birthday! And Nos loves me! YAY!"

And then maybe I cried a little because the schmoopy fic of awesome hit me right where my sappy little heart lives. Gorgeous! Lovely! Tender! You win at happily ever after, dents and all.

And I love your Vecchio cameo SO MUCH.

Italian Catholic and best man at a gay wedding was a tough thing to reconcile, but Vecchio made it seem like it was just another one of life’s little irritations.

And Ma and Frannie and the kids in Florida! I was just thinking that was actually pretty likely, what with Ma's sister in Florida. What a messy, sunburned household that must be.

I am very happy the schmoop worked and that I didn't send you into a diabetic coma on your birthday. Thanks for letting me know it passed muster! *hugs* I'm feeling much better and I think this weekend will be very kickass indeed.

Even after three years of seeing that smile, Ray’s heart still gave an odd little ker-thump at the sight of it. For a long time, whenever it happened Ray thought he’d suddenly developed a heart murmur. Then he’d figured out it was just love.
