The canon dialogue was integrated pretty smoothly, and I enjoyed it. It was nice to see it, actually - I could hear the actors' voices in my head giving life to the lines. Arthur's mindset and reasoning was fascinating to behold; you did a great job of capturing how he might think if he suspected Merlin.

Thanks so much. That really means a lot to me. I don't think it's canon and it's not my personal canon, but as I was watching the episode, that's kind of how it felt to me. And I'm glad the dialogue worked.

I know, I felt so bad for him at the end of the episode, and at one point in the episode, even if he didn't suspect Merlin, he had so much hope: that magic could be good, that he could meet his mother, and then, even though nothing really changed, it was worse than status quo.
