My patient has gammon flu...

They had swine flu but it got cured.

Ba-boom chh.

I had the swine flu jab today. I feel like death.

Henceforth I am your guinea pig; if I die, don't have the jab. If I don't, well, it's probably ok. That's called evidence-based medicine. I may have skipped some of the steps.

I'm more than slightly ashamed of how much I'm laughing at that last part. I do hope you don't actually die and think your approach to evidence-based medicine is moderately heroic.

Medical humour. Oh dear.

Hope you feel better soon. The only question is, do you want to be cured or not? *runs*

I am really watching you closely! My kids are signed up for doses through their school (if they ever become widely available here for otherwise healthy peoples.) The otherwise healthy and not in a medical setting has now got me wondering. However, reading that it's hitting children harder than adults has me leaning towards the protection. /waffling. (I shall call my dr.brother forthwith and see what he's doing with his kiddos. Meh, but he's more likely to be exposed and thus expose them so....) Gosh my tired brain can invent things to worry about... and use a lot of... too... ... .......... /silly breakdown

My stupid medical school is trying to kill mee, they won't give the poor first and second year medical students the swine flu vaccine until those in "regular" patient contact get them first. Bahhh. I already know a few people who have it/had it and I'm dead scared I'm going to get it now. Probably the day before my exam, with my luck. Bleh.

And teehee, I love your medical snarkiness. XD
