So I got curious, and now I'm playing Enzai, which is well-known in BL circles for two things. 1) Being licensed in English and 2) Being rape-tastic and violent and filled with questionably-aged characters, one of whom is the protagonist.

Oh, dear.

More will follow once I've started picking story paths, but so far it's holding up to the reputation

I didn't know the game was licensed in English! I've seen the OVAs, which I liked more than I think I really should...

Yeah, the OVAs are actually incredibly tame compared to the game. Like, oh dear god. I can't even bring myself to love it in the same "OH, YOU SILLY THING YOU" the way I do the OVAs. D:

But yeah, it's out in English and can be bought pretty easily. Enjoyment depends on how kinky you like your sociopathic prison rape, pretty much... though it's pretty easy to skip through those, and some of the romantic interactions are kinda adorable.
