I know it's a frickin frackin pain in the butt. But I'm sure your group members will understand if you have to either refund them or run the circle in a while when the bottles are available. That is definitely annoying, but BPALers are generally an understanding lot. They know it's beyond your control.

Don't stress over it, Jo. It'll all turn out okay.
