So I just had the joy of spending the night in the hospital. Not for critical care or the like. No. I was there for a sleep study. As part of my most recent physical, I mentioned that I snored. I'm not supposed to comment, either, but I agree with ednoria, knowing that you don't have sleep apnea is a GOOD thing.

Oh I agree with you all. It would be very good for me to know if I have sleep apnea. It might be the push I need to actually start trying to loose some the weight I've allowed to gather around my Buddha-esk waist. I'm just a bit cranky about it because I had to leave for the hospital before my KG went to bed (no bedtime rituals for me to cherish) and I had no warm Beautiful Lady to snuggle against.
