I was on my way to work today at about 8am when my mobile rang (I was expecting a call between 8am and 9am from the engineer installing the Sky TV). Upon taking my phone out of my pocket my heart sank - it was my mum calling and this could mean only one thing.. it did, my Grandma passed away at 7am this morning....
