Can anyone recommend any natural, and legal product that i can take to stay awake? I've had yet another 24 hour awake shift, and refuse to spend my day off in bed! Buy yourself a bottle of rosemary essential oil. Mix a couple of drops into a spoonful of carrier oil (if you want to spoil yourself, get sweet almond or apricot kernel oil from Holland & Barretts, but standard veg cooking oil works fine). Massage the mixture into the soles of your feet and the palms of your hands. Cup your hands over your nose and take a few deep breaths.

This stuff really works wonders. I once took a bottle of the mixture to Reading Festival, one year when I was working as a gopher in the Welfare Tent. After 48 hours of non-stop drama courtesy of the disturbed, the drug-addled and the generally discombobulated, the trained psychotherapists I worked for were fighting over the dregs from my little magic bottle. *grin*

Guarana and perhaps taurine based stuff

I know the Boost Energy choccy bars have Guarana in it... and I've seen guarana gum -

Whether it *Also* has caffiene in it or not I don't know...

Take it that diet Red Bull is as bad as full sugar stuff??

I know Red Bull has caffiene as well. I don't know about other taurine products.
